The ancient Greek word "προσκυνέω" ≈ "fall down and worship" from the ancient Greek word "πρός" ≈ "to, towards" and the ancient Greek word "κυνέω" ≈ "kiss".
The Latin word "adorent" ≈ "speak to, address, honor" from the Latin prefix "ad" and the Latin word "oro" ≈ "beg" from which we get English words such as "oratory", "oral".
The Old English word "biddan" ≈ "ask, demand" and is the source of English words such as "bid", "bidding", "bead" an it prayer beads, etc. This word was combined/conflated with the Old English word "beodan" ≈ "offer, announce".
The German word "bitten" ≈ "ask, request" as in "please".

6. Truth
The truth of which Jesus talks, in the Greek and in the Hebrew, has to do with the truth of reality, not some logical truth or opinion truth.
Finding an "error" in the Bible, as in a logical error, does not invalidate the reality truth of the Bible.

The hymn "
O Worship the King", by Robert Grant, is based, in part, on Psalms 104, a poetic statement of the creation.
By contrast, the creation account in Genesis provides a declarative model of the creation. A declarative model of a system is a model that describes the what of a system but not the how (or why) of a system.

The declarative part of what the system does is (often) explained in a model without getting into details of ordering of subparts of the system.
The control part of how the system does it and the order in which things are done is not (usually) explained in a model.
This distinction made is made in computer science and software engineering (and other areas).
