1. Song: Go tell it on the mountain
Verse routeMatthew 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: [kjv]
Verse routeπορευθεντες ουν μαθητευσατε παντα τα εθνη βαπτιζοντες αυτους εις το ονομα του πατρος και του υιου και του αγιου πνευματος [gnt]

The song "Go tell it on the mountain" was originally a Negro spiritual. After the Civil War, at Fisk College in Tennessee, a singing group with a slave heritage went around singing to raise money for the school. The song was finally written down and, over time, became popular as a Christmas song, talking about the shepherds and the birth of Jesus.

2. Matthew 28:19
 All
KJV: Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Greek: πορευθεντες ουν μαθητευσατε παντα τα εθνη βαπτιζοντες αυτους εις το ονομα του πατρος και του υιου και του αγιου πνευματος
Latin: euntes ergo docete omnes gentes baptizantes eos in nomine Patris et Filii et Spiritus Sancti

3. Verse 1
Go, tell it on the mountain. Over the hills and everywhere.
Go, tell it on the mountain. That Jesus Christ is born.

While shepherds kept their watching
Over silent flocks by night
Behold throughout the heavens
There shone a holy light

Go, tell it on the mountain. Over the hills and everywhere.
Go, tell it on the mountain. That Jesus Christ is born.

4. verse2
The shepherds feared and trembled
When lo above the earth
Rang out the angel chorus
That hailed our saviour's birth

Go, tell it on the mountain. Over the hills and everywhere.
Go, tell it on the mountain. That Jesus Christ is born.
