The GNT (Greek New Testament) word for "religious" appears only four times in the GNT and not in the LXX (Septuagint). It is used twice by Paul and twice by James. As with many terms, the Catholic church gave a special meaning to the word "religion".

The English word "angel" comes from the ancient Greek word "ἄγγελος""messenger, one that announces".

The city of "Los Angeles" comes from the Spanish word "losángeles""angels" the city of "angels" where "angel" comes from the Latin "angels" which comes from the Greek «άγγελος» and which appears to go even further back.
