Oxymoron: Losing savor as a dull bloom

1. Oxymoron
The modern Greek word "μωράνθη" (mo-RAN-thee) ≈ "dull bloom, foolish" appears to be similar in spirit to the "oxymoron" (sharing a base word) that is mode up of two Greek words. The ancient Greek word "οξύμωρος" (o-KSEE-mo-ros) ≈ "pointedly foolish" and is the source of the English word "oxymoron" - something that is a contradiction in terms.

The Latin word "brutus""dull, stupid" and is the source of the English word "brute". The name "Brutus" or a "brute beast" has to do with dull, slow, stupid.

6. Oxymoron: Make haste slowly
