One often thinks of a "
bishop" as someone, from the original meaning of the word, "
visits" and "
oversees" or "
watches" the flock (and others). In a certain sense, we are all "
bishops".
The "
clothed" has to do with being "
clothed" in "
righteousness".
Someone who is "
sick" is "
weak" or "
ill" as in "
not strong", as in the parable of the sheep and goats in Matthew 25.
The Greek for "
prison" is that of being "
watched". Some are in a physical "
prison". Some are in a "
mental" prison - enslaved by sin.

Eratosthenes was a famous Greek scientist in the 3rd Century BC in Egypt.
The Greek proper name
"Ερατοσθένης" (EH-ra-to-STHEH-nees) ≈ "Eratosthenes" has two parts.
The modern Greek word "ερατός" (eh-ra-TOS) ≈ "lovely" .
The modern Greek word "σθένος" (STHEH-nos) ≈ "strength".
Two discoveries credited to Eratosthenes are the following.
Performing an experiment about 210 B.C. to determine the circumference of the Earth within 2%.
Developing the sieve of Eratosthenes as an effective way to determine prime numbers.
Eratosthenes provided an effective (correct) way but not an efficient way to work with prime numbers. Today, the world's information security systems (e.g., public key cryptography) are based on not having an efficient way with which to determine prime factors of (large) composite numbers.

6. A bishop to visit and oversee the flock
The ancient Greek word
"ἐπίσκοπος" ≈ "oversee, visit" and become the Christian "
bishop". A "
bishop" as a "
sheep dog" can be contrasted with a "
wolf dog".
Thus a "
bishop" is someone whose "
purpose" or "
objective" is "
over" something - such as a church or group of churches. The "
Episcopal" church from 1752 is governed by bishops.

weak" are "
visited" and not "
healed". Why might that be?

visiting" or "
coming to" someone, one must take an action. This could be important in fully understanding the parable of the sheep and goats.

Here are the categories in the above verses, using the words in Luke 4 which mirror the words in Isaiah 61.
0: appointed me to preach the gospel to the poor
Sent me to/for:
1: heal the brokenhearted

It would appear that 1 and 3 have to do with the weak/sick and 2 and 4 have to do with prison/captivity.
12. Sheep and goats
In the parable of the sheep and goats, one cannot generally physically heal or recover sight. Nor can one spiritually heal or recover sight. What one can do is "visit" to take an action and then let the Holy Spirit do the actual work.
Likewise, one cannot generally physically deliver the captives from captivity nor set them at liberty. Nor can one do this spiritually in and of themselves. One can "come to" as an action and then let the Holy Spirit do the actual work.
The important point in "visiting" the "weak" (in spirit) and "coming to" those in "captivity" is that one needs to take an action to allow the door to be opened and then let the Holy Spirit do the heavy lifting, if invited to do so.
