Some (conservative) churches use this "
vitamin" for Paul to Timothy in Ephesus to prohibit from the church divorced people and people whose children are not followers. This extends the rule for "
deacons" to everyone in the church.

LXX. The last part is (paraphrased) "
The wise should use the fool for a servant". Discuss what this might mean. There may be a Hebrew idiom present.

The English word
"administration" comes, through French, from the Latin word
"administratio" ≈ "administration, management, government" which cames from the Latin word
"administro" ≈ "aid, assist". This word, in turn, comes from the Latin word
"ministro" ≈ "attend, wait upon" which comes from the Latin word
"minister" ≈ "attendant".
Note that in modern times, many people in "
administration" forget that they are to be "
serving" rather than "
demanding" or "
dictating".
This is, in part, due to the "
deep state" idea where everyone does what is to their own personal benefit rather than to the benefit of the entire organization.
47. The deep state is everywhere
The deep state happens in any group of people whereby the individuals of the deep state group put their own interests ahead of the entire group of people. The deep state is everywhere where there are groups of people.
The deep state group uses any means at their disposal to get rid of any individual who threatens the group. The this individual who threatens the group is intelligent, hard-working, ethical, and puts the interests of all the group members ahead of the members of the deep state group.
